Who to design for?

I created the Stakeholder Map to identify and understand all the stakeholders involved and who could be affected in the project.

I decided to work with the parents and guardians of students enrolled in private schools located in the municipality of Rio de Janeiro state, as they are the most important and influential people in acquiring textbooks.
